Total wastewater generation will be 29.1 KLD, out of which 1.6 KLD will be domestic wastewater which will be sent to soak pit. 27.5 KLD will be industrial effluent which will be given treatment in in-house ETP and sent to CETP, Nandesari (Common Effluent Treatment Plant) for further treatment and final disposal. Main sources of industrial wastewater generation will be process, washings, scrubber and utilities.
Gaseous emission will be from flue gas stacks and process vent. Flue gas emission will be due to combustion of fuel.Coal will be used as fuel in the proposed boiler & Thermic fluid heater. Process mission will be from stack attached with reaction vessel. Caustic scrubber will be installed to scrub the process emissions viz. HCl and SO2. Unit has proposed to install one D.G. set (50 kVA). It will be used in case of power failure/emergency only. Diesel will be used as a fuel for the proposed D.G. set. Emitted flue gas pollutants will be PM, SO2 and NOx and pollutants from process stacks will be HCl andSO2. Adequate stack height to the flue San Envirotech Pvt.
